The objective of this conference is to bring together economists who seek to develop models of the labor market that can be used to better understand labor market outcomes and address a broad range of issues related to the working of the labor market.  The conference represents the sixth in an ongoing series of conferences that has brought together researchers who use models to analyze both micro and macro data labor market data.  Previous conferences were held at Arizona State University, Yale University, University of Chicago, University College London, and Aarhus University.  The academic organizers of the conference are: Richard Rogerson, Rondthaler Professor and Regents Professor in the Department of Economics, E.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, and Victor Ríos-Rull, Professor of Economics-Carlson Chair, University of Minnesota.
